Hi everyone,
I tried installing NSClient++ 0.4.1-105 x86 on a Windows 7 machine, and then manually copied the folder over to the Windows 2000 machine. I then tried manually installing the service (“C:\Program Files\NSClient++\nscp.exe” service –install –name nscp –description “NSClient++”) and received the following error:
“The procedure entry point GetProcessId could not be located in the dynamic link library KERNEL32.dll.”
There’s a chance Windows 2000 is messed up (and I sadly only have one machine to test on), but it appears as though 0.4.1 just flat-out isn’t compatible with Windows 2000. I’m forced to have one instance of 0.3.7 installed as a result of this =(.
Thanks,
