Send events to NSClient Agent from MyApp.exe

hello,
Is there a way for NSClient Agent to receive events from Applications and then Agent in turn will notify Nagios Server. In other words how do we enable an Application running on a Windows machines to send events to a Nagios Agent running on the device?
